
Chef Liesenfeld’s passion for the culinary arts has taken him coast to coast and back again. A Columbus native, he began his journey with Cameron Mitchell Restaurants over 25 years ago after graduating from Ohio State’s culinary program. He then honed his craft in fine dining kitchens across the West before rejoining the CMR family.
For the past decade, Chef Liesenfeld has brought his expertise to Ocean Prime locations in Columbus, Denver, Phoenix, and Boston. Since relocating to Naples in 2022, he has been a proud member of the Del Mar culinary team and now, he’s excited to step into the role of Executive Chef once again.
