
Amanda Thompson is the General Manager of Del Mar West Palm Beach. With more than 14 years of experience in hospitality, she leads the team with a focus on creating a welcoming, high-energy environment where guests and associates alike feel valued, while upholding the culture and service standards that define the Cameron Mitchell Restaurants brand.
Thompson has been with Cameron Mitchell Restaurants for nearly a decade, growing her career across multiple concepts and leadership roles, including The Pearl, Cap City Fine Diner & Bar, Hudson 29, and SoCal Kitchen + Bar. She stepped into her first general manager role in 2020 and has since built a strong reputation for operational excellence and team leadership. In 2025, she was recognized as Cameron Mitchell Restaurants’ General Manager of the Year.
Originally from Rancho Santa Margarita, California, Thompson began her career in customer service at Best Buy before discovering her passion for hospitality at Nick’s Laguna Beach. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Graham, as well as attending sporting events, live music, traveling, cooking and watching movies.

Tyler Budzinski is the Executive Chef of Del Mar West Palm Beach, where he brings a passion for genuine hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable dining experiences for everyone. With 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Budzinski leads the culinary team with a focus on excellence, collaboration and delivering a dynamic, guest-driven menu.
Budzinski has been with Cameron Mitchell Restaurants for seven years, beginning his journey through the Columbus State Culinary Apprenticeship Program, from which he graduated in 2021. Since joining the company, he has played an integral role in the opening of five restaurant concepts, including Del Mar West Palm Beach, and has built a strong reputation for leadership in high-performing kitchen environments. In 2025, he was recognized as Cameron Mitchell Restaurants’ Sous Chef of the Year.
Before joining CMR, Budzinski worked in a variety of restaurant roles where he discovered his passion for the culinary industry. Outside of the kitchen, he enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, fishing and golfing, as well as building Legos and watching movies.
